Imagine a network of cities built according to themes, with monorails connecting them together, much like a themepark.

At the center is THE GARDEN:
The Garden is the central neighborhood characterized by ROMANCE... A village of single detached homes, each designed to suit the owner and to complement the surrounding environment. Mansions and other more modest dwellings are surrounded by lush greenery on one side and a beach of white sand on the other. Near the center is a simple park, with the tallest observation tower in the area.

THE OBSERVATION TOWER:
It is a large round building made of stone, with a giant platform at the top for star-gazing. The platform is covered with grass, and fenced with castle walls. It is a favourite destination for lovers and families alike. Reservations every tuesday night are available. Underneathe the platform is a hotel with a classy restaurant and bar. The restaurant extends to a small area outside, allowing people to dine in the moonlight. Also, Coasters from the bar offer star sighting tips of the month!

From the tower you can see the smaller observatory from Passion City, a peripheral town.
